The Broadcast is a game about journalism in a totalitarian regime. We will play television personalities and their director in the Ministry of Information, under the watchful eye of a censor from the Press Scrutiny and Registration Bureau. If we do our jobs well, everything will be fine. If we do our jobs poorly, there will be consequences for all of us.
We’re journalists and we want to tell the people the truth, but the truth is hard to define. Perhaps some truths are more palatable than others.
The game will take about three hours and there are built-in times for breaks that can happen in-character.
