Here is what I take daily specifically for migraines (including riboflavin)

  • Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) - 400mg capsule once daily
  • Magnesium - 400mg capsule once daily
  • CoQ10 - 300mg capsule once daily
  • Vitamin D3 - 2000 IU capsule twice daily
  • Melatonin - 3mg capsule once nightly

Also, here are some commonly recommend things that I’ve tried in the past and would NOT personally bother with again myself

  • Butterbur
  • Feverfew
  • Scullcap
  • Blue Flag
