- Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) - 400mg capsule once daily
- Magnesium - 400mg capsule once daily
- CoQ10 - 300mg capsule once daily
- Vitamin D3 - 2000 IU capsule twice daily
- Melatonin - 3mg capsule once nightly
