How not to deal with a terrible player
For the Crestfallen larp on DATE Vince Errico learned to fear Michael Fife. He did know this at the start of the weekend but Mike Fife and the constant pressure of the Gnolls would shatter Vince’s sanity leading Vince to have some Big EmotionsTM and scream at Mike Fife. After the “incident” the staff at the game did nothing to address this until Mike left the campsite and vowed to never return

Sadly Sherri did not tell the remainder of the staff that she reached out to mike…
Sherri felt that Vince had reaonable points and the correct approch was addressing those points. This was a terrible idea
she descirbed that she keeps tabs on people privatly and does not share that context with other staff members because she does not trust the rest of the staff particularly myself.
She then quit the staff for the game when pushed on this.
Sherri had cancer at the time so was under a lot of stress.
THE STAFF MEETING

When I attended an argo event I was hoping for a nice weekend out.
I could not have been further mistaken
I was anxious and I often was at that time. I had not started actively treating my anxiety and I knew very little of the new group that was running things there but I was always eager to do some larping and I thought that it would be a great way to learn how other organizations ran things.
